Julia Allos is a Computer Science major from Nashville, TN. She joined Mock Trial her freshman year after experiencing the team’s strong sense of community during Dimensions — and she knew immediately she wanted to be a part of it. Julia also competed in Mock Trial throughout high school and has always loved a good debate. Being on the team has helped Julia form close friendships across class years, and she knows the memories, both academic and social, will last a lifetime. One of her favorite Mock Trial memories, other than of course the bonding that takes place during competitions, is the annual Homecoming social. Mock Trial alumni across different years reunite during this time of year, and Julia loves how the team stays connected with alumni even after graduation. Outside of Mock Trial, Julia is a Computer Science Teaching Assistant, a Presidential Scholar, and a member of Alpha Xi Delta sorority. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing piano, and spending time with friends.
